The transportation construction industry is facing a real crisis. An aging workforce is starting to leave the field, yet young people aren't entering the profession at the same rate. Many youth are simply unaware of the career opportunities available in the industry.

TRIAD has developed different programs and projects that have showcased the industry to the future workforce. These tools have proven successful in addressing the growing concerns of workforce development. With the employment market becoming more and more challenging of late, TRIAD is working to let students know of the opportunities available within the construction industry, and the fact that these opportunities can become realities for any student willing to work hard.
